3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). 680ph is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or driver's license) and a selfie photograph when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 680ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 680ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.5 Account Transfer. 680ph accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance therein to any third party.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. 12.1 By 680ph. 680ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation; (b) required by PAGCOR or another regulatory authority; (c) the player has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; or (d) the account has been inactive for an extended period.
12.2 By the Player. You may close your 680ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closing, any remaining balance will be returned to your last verified withdrawal method after deducting any applicable bonus amounts that do not meet withdrawal eligibility requirements.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for cause, 680ph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and associated winnings. Real-money deposits not subject to active bonus conditions will be returned to the player through the verified withdrawal method.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
